Can I order personalized Tailsips with the brand of my company or organization?

At this time, we can only customize Tailsips in bulk quantities starting at 500 units. Send us an email with your request to info@tailsip.es and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Can't someone just take the lid off the drink?
Tailsip is excellent for protecting your drink for short periods of time. Tailsip is NOT an excuse to leave your drink unattended. Tailsip is a physical and psychological deterrent created to prevent pills and powders from getting into a drink. It should be used as an improved alternative to covering a drink with your hand or napkin. You never know what the person next to you is going to do when you look away from your glass for a few seconds.

Do I need a straw to use Tailsip?
Yeah. We offer a stylish set of stainless steel straws that can be paired with your Tailsip for a discounted price, plus you'll be helping the environment.

Does Tailsip fit in all cups and glasses?
Tailsip fits most glasses and goblets. It may not fit well with very large drinks or specialty glasses. It is designed to fit perfectly over a highball glass.

Does Tailsip have other uses?
Yeah! Do you spend a lot of time outdoors? Tailsip can keep bugs OUT of your drink. Some customers have told us that they use Tailsip to prevent their cats from drinking their drinks and to prevent beach sand from getting into their glass.

Is Tailsip reusable?
Yeah. Tailsip can be used over and over again. It is also suitable for washing machine if necessary.

What happens if Tailsip gets wet?
No problem! The hood is made from a nylon/spandex blend, similar to swimsuit material, so it dries very quickly.

Where do you send?
We ship to Spain, and all of Europe shortly.

Will my hair get into the drink?
No. The drink cap stores inside a secret pocket on the scrunchie. When used correctly, the cover will never touch the hair.

Does Tailsip prevent other liquids from getting into my drink?
Tailsip acts as a psychological deterrent against drink tampering, however its use is only recommended to prevent pills and powders from entering.
